Our workflow and customer service functions are critical to the smooth operation of the company. This role is responsible for customer service, accounting, shipping/receiving and general office duties. Job tasks are broken down into daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual lists.
The administrative assistant is expected to perform the following duties as required.
Generate financial reports
Receive credit card payments
Track client communications and project activities
Process service tickets
Track time and mileage for hourly employees and contractors
Maintain client/vendor files
Answer phones and monitor office
Other office duties as required
The desired candidate should have at least 1 year of previous administrative and QuickBooks experience and the following specific skills.
Good oral/written communication and telephone skills
Good organizational skills; prioritize multiple tasks
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks
Understanding of accounting concepts (task training will be provided)
Interest in business operation and/or technology
Ability to physically handle shipping/receiving of boxed products (less than 50lbs)
Desire to participate in a growing company
Self-motivated to learn and develop skills
Reliable and able to work without direct supervision
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
40 hours per week
Office is located at 4508 Oak Fair Blvd, Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33610
Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
