This position is responsible for the management, execution and development of marketing and communication strategy, including online content and engagement strategies.
This position is responsible for developing and executing digital initiatives, developing brand awareness and generating new leads. This role coordinates with sales and management to support their respective goals, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network.
This position is responsible for executing social marketing campaigns and integrating interactive media into the overall business strategy. Duties may include cultivating new communities as well as managing branded online communities (Facebook, LinkedIn, et al). This position will provide relevant content frequently while tracking metrics and monitoring leads.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent English spelling, competence in grammar and professional communication skills
Sound knowledge in the following fields: user knowledge of Adobe publishing software, HTML, and Google Analytics
Write and design for both online and print marketing materials, as well as product-related information
Suggest new blog topics each month based on industry trends and customer needs
Work with management to develop new sales themes
Maintain our customer/prospects email list and send out sales email blasts
Knowledge of current and emerging social media networks, best practices, and marketing trends
Experience with graphics (Photoshop or equivalent)
Working knowledge of budgeting and campaign planning
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Creative and strategic thinking
Online digital marketing, preferably in the social media environment
Developing and initiating digital marketing campaigns and promotional programs
Content development and publishing
Collecting and analyzing of data to optimize digital communications
Bachelor’s degree or current student in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
